We have a beautiful, naturally lit consulting room room available for rent on a full-time or sessional basis.  The space would either a medical practitioner or an allied health professional such as a psychologist, counsellor, podiatrist or audiologist.

The room is furnished and extra services such as HICAPS, reception, records and transcription are available on request

The clinic boasts a large waiting room with plasma TV, a dedicated reception space for the consulting suites and a fully equiped minor operating theatre with a Denyer table with arm-boards, Melag Sterilizer, Valleylab diathermy and Hanaulux overhead operating theatre light.

St Vincent's pathology is on-site 5 days per week.

Signage is available inside and outside the area.

A dedicated telephone number can be arranged with voicemail is also available with the phone answered in the practitioner's name.  Alternatively, the practitioner can bring his or her own reception staff.

A generous rent-free period and free promotion to the clinic's thousands of referrers is also available.  Combined patient and relative numbers exceed 2000 per month.  An option to purchase  the space also exists.
